Luísa Fezas Vital appointed general director of Athena Advisers
International consultancy Athena Advisers has announced changes to its management structure in Portugal with a new general director.
Luísa Fezas Vital was appointed to head the company for the Portuguese market, while David Moura-George, who had held the position since 2017, now assumes the role of Commercial Director & Board Member, now exclusively leading the consultancy’s commercial real estate area, a responsibility he had already accumulated.
With this reorganisation, the consultancy intends to continue strengthening its activity in the area of investment in commercial real estate, with a focus on income asset transactions and real estate development. At the same time, the operation in Portugal will benefit from leadership fully dedicated to the strategy, coordination and development of the national market.
