Claranet absorbs Ten Twenty One
Claranet Portugal, a global managed technology service provider that helps businesses modernise their IT infrastructure through cloud, cybersecurity, networks, and workplace solutions, has absorbed Ten Twenty One.
Ten Twenty One, is a technology consulting and IT modernisation firm—originating from NOS—that helps organizations accelerate digital transformation. Both companies are part of the telco operator NOS.
“This integration is another strategic step in the evolution of Claranet Portugal, a leader in IT services in Portugal, united by our specialised experiences and track-records. Together we are even more prepared to help our clients to innovate, offering complete and customised solutions that meet the current and future needs of the market”, said Alexandre Ruas, managing director of Claranet Portugal, a company that was acquired by NOS in January 2025 for €152 million” quoted a communiqué.
The integration, which involves staff and the portfolio – means that Ten Twenty One will take on the brand image of Claranet Portugal, adding skill sets in areas such as applications, cloud and managed services”, adds the note.
