DILS Portugal nets 25 exclusive mandates in offices market

The commercial real estate consultancy DILS Portugal has successfully secured 25 exclusive mandates to act on behalf of entities operating in the country’s offices market since it completed its office team in March 2025.

In total it has commercialised 12,500m2 of office space reflecting the companies’ strengthened position in Portugal’s highly competitive offices segment in the commercial real estate sector.

Among the larger mandates it has bagged include benchmark office projects such as Campo Novo, Alexandre Herculano 53, Planasa, República 5, and Infante.

DILS has equally strengthened its presence in the Tenant Supply segment with mandates from RE Capital, PLEO and Foundever, among others which have asked the consultancy to look for new tenants to replace contracts currently in force.

As for other deals completed, DILS has acted on behalf of companies from different sectors, including Inetum, Servinform, Krest, Quest, Vizta, Overseas, O Capital, and Reviva Capital.
