Residents will be able to enjoy a rooftop with a heated pool and panoramic views of the city and the river, a gym, sauna and clubhouse, concierge service, private gardens with works of art, private parking for cars, bicycles and motorcycles and electric charging available in all units.
Claude Kandiyoti, CEO of Krest Investments, says that “Formoso Marvila was designed as a space of exclusivity and well-being, that brings together the best contemporary architecture and an urban lifestyle. This project is an invitation to live in Lisbon in a unique way.”
The architect, Ricardo Bak Gordon sought to recover the essence of the past echoed by Lisbon factory workers district that it once was and the industrial legacy of building systems in concrete and steel. The contrast between the strength of the concrete and delicate steel terraces has resulted in a contemporary and elegant project.
The completion of the works is slated for the end of 2027 with a total expected investment of €30 million.
