Bondstone announces third phase of Bloomia
The private equity company Bondstone, which specialises in Portuguese real estate assets and development, has announced the third and final phase of Bloomia.
Located in Belas Clube de Campo, the project, which comprises 123 apartments with 80% of the units sold in phases 1 and 2, of which 75% of the clients are Portuguese, is located in Belas Clube de Campo, offering a balanced lifestyle surrounded by nature yet near to Lisbon and all its conveniences.
The work is in the structural phase and completion is scheduled for the end of 2027. Of a total of 123 apartments, the last 28 units are now on the market, including two T4 penthouses with a private pool and a total area of 301 m2.

Bondstone is an investment firm and asset management company based in Portugal which primarily focuses on the Portuguese real estate sector, including both new construction and repositioning projects.
It was founded by Paulo Loureiro, a former executive at Morgan Stanley.
It currently has €500 million of assets under management, a total gross construction area of 160,00m2, 1,000 units and 12 projects.
