Miguel Alves, from the European Investment Fund, has been appointed the new Chief Financial Officer of Portugal’s development bank Banco de Fomento.

With Bruno Rodrigues leaving that position at the end of the month, the bank has begun fit and proper checks on the successor at the institution led by Gonçalo Regalado.

Together, these programmes mobilized over €7.5NBn of investments, with a strong impact on resilience, growth, and job creation.
