Large-scale residential project launched for Greater Lisbon

A new housing project aimed at the middle classes has been launched in the Greater Lisbon area.

Located in Prior Velho, Loures, Project Horizon will be built on 5.8 hectares of land, featuring 797 apartments with a total 90,000m2 of residential area and 12,472m2 for retail and services.

The project is divided into two plots, one of which is in the final phase of planning approval. With quick access to the A1, IC17 (CRIL) and the 2nd Circular, and just 10 minutes from Parque das Nações, Horizon combines strategic location, scale and strong value potential.

This project is part of the Prior Velho Detail Plan and covers its North Execution Unit, which has an expected above-ground construction capacity of 103,93(m2. Of this total, 91,459 m2 are for housing and 12,472 m2 for commerce and services.
