Portuguese fintech Rauva to hire 500 in Europe by the end of 2026
Rauva, a Portuguese integrated financial management platform for SMEs, is to hire 500 new professionals by the end of 2026 in areas such as product and support.
The skills areas needed are Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Experience, Operations, Financial Services and Growth, on a “flexible working model.
“Based in Lisbon, Rauva is looking for special focus talent right now, including 10 senior engineers (Full Stack, Backend and Mobile) to lead the development of the platform.
The new members will work directly with the founding team and will have the unique opportunity to grow the company and take on responsibilities from the first day to build an exceptional career.
“We’re looking for people with initiative, a desire to make things happen and want to innovate at every step”, says Inês Quaresma, Head of People at Rauva.
In just two years, Rauva has grown to a team of around 100 employees. Since its platform was launched in 2023, the fintech has evolved rapidly, positioning itself as a digital alternative to traditional business and financial management tools for SMEs.
On the platform, customers can make payments, issue certified invoices, manage expenses, keep track of accounting, and access innovative financial solutions – all in one place.
Rauva’s growth has been driven by strategic partnerships with entities such as AICEP, Startup Portugal, Unicorn Factory Lisboa and the FinLab programme – a joint initiative from the Bank of Portugal, CMVM and ASF – and which has enabled the company to scale sustainably with regulatory followup since the company’s inception.
