Lisbon’s latest urban development, the EntreCampos Project, promoted by Fidelidade Property, was officially presented on Wednesday as one of the largest and most ambitious real estate projects developed in Lisbon in recent decades.

The project was developed with the aim of creating a new urban centre, designed to live, work and enjoy the city in an integrated and sustainable way, giving back to the city a space that has been abandoned for more than 20 years.

Designed to be fully integrated with the city, EntreCampos places a strong emphasis on open public space and the community, with multiple areas of passages and interconnection with the existing urban network.

In all, the project comprises seven office buildings, three residential buildings, and an innovative concept of High Street Curated Retail, which integrates catering, leisure and commerce, complemented by 17,000 m² of gardens and public squares, designed to be lived in seven days a week, from morning to night.

The prized location in one of the better parts of the city with good services and transport networks, and special emphasis on cycleways, and a strong focus on green spaces that foster biodiversity to create different environments integrated into the local ecosystem, reinforces the project’s ambition to create a new benchmark urban hub in Lisbon.

The EntreCampos project has been designed by some of the most prestigious architectural firms at a national and international level. KPF and Saraiva + Associados are responsible for the office buildings and retail spaces, while Gensler and Promontório are responsible for the building that will house the future headquarters of Fidelidade.

The residential buildings are the work of Portuguese architects and winners of the Pritzker Prize, Álvaro Siza Vieira and Eduardo Souto de Moura, in collaboration with architect Ana Costa.
