Solyd boosts residential supply in Loures

The real estate developer Solyd Property Developers has strengthened its residential offer in Loures by completing Élou, its first private condominium project in Santo António dos Cavaleiros.

Élou, which is totally sold, comprises 266 apartments spread over 17 buildings with homes ranging from one-five bedrooms.

The condominium has an outdoor pool, private garden, fully equipped gym, multi-use rooms and private parking.

Also in Loures, Élou Jardins, Solyd’s second residential project in the municipality, is under construction and sale, with completion scheduled for 2028. It was also developed and designed by Solyd’s architecture and design team, consisting of 304 apartments spread over 19 buildings.

Apartments from one-four bedrooms are still available and the condominium includes several common areas designed for the daily use of residents, including an outdoor swimming pool, private garden, equipped gym, kids club, crossfit box, multipurpose rooms and private parking.

Élou and Élou Jardins aim to revolutionise the existing offer in the municipality, benefiting from a surrounding network of road access, public transport, schools, gyms, health services and shops. Both buildings meet energy efficiency criteria.
