Lisbon to get two new residential, commerce and services towers
A-Living, a new mixed-use housing, retail, commercial and services development is to rise in Lisbon’s Areeiro district, between Avenida Afonso Costa and Rua Sarmento de Beires.
With a salable area of around 28,000m2, the towers will have 13 and 21 floors respectively, integrating 245 apartments, mostly studios, one and two-bedroom apartments.
The real estate development complex will be built on parcels of land currently owned by the Madre Group which has mandated CBRE to sell the project which “has total planning permission and is ready to go” said the developer in a communiqué.
“All of the apartments, which start at €350,000, have parking spread out over four underground parking levels” says CBRE.
The base of the development also includes two floors for economic activities, with about 2,100m2 for commerce and 2,600m2 for services, “suitable for offices, clinics or other compatible uses,” emphasises the real estate consultant.
According to CBRE, A-Living “is fully licensed, with approved architectural and specialty projects, an urbanization contract signed with the Lisbon City Council and a Single Environmental certificates issued”.
