TAP launches new route between Porto and Terceira and bolsters Funchal

TAP will start flying between Porto and Terceira in the Azores from March 29 next year with four flights per week. (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays)

The flights will be carried out using A320neo aircraft with a capacity for 168 passengers says TAP in a communiqué.

The flights are scheduled to depart from Porto at 3:20 pm, arriving on the Azorean island at 5:00 pm; and, in the opposite direction, they leave Lajes airport at 5:50 pm, to land in Porto at 9:15 pm (local time).
