Corcoran Atlantic enters Portuguese real estate market
Corcoran Atlantic has just entered the Portuguese market, opening its first office in the centre of Lisbon.
The luxury real estate group will be headed by the former President of the Portuguese Association of Real Estate Developers and Inverters (APPII), Hugo Santos Ferreira.
An affiliate of Corcoran Group LLC, the US luxury market leader operating in New York, Hamptons, Palm Beach and Miami, in Portugal, Corcoran Atlantic will sell luxury properties and top real estate developments in partnership with developers and private family offices with a focus on the regions of Lisbon, Porto, Comporta, Algarve, and Madeira.

Headquartered at No. 180 Avenida da Liberdade, Corcoran Atlantic’s new operation in Portugal will be led by Hugo Santos-Ferreira, president of the Portuguese Association of Real Estate Developers and Investors (APPII) since 2021, who now assumes the role of CEO of the brand in Portugal.
