M7 sells two office buildings in Oeiras to Invicta Park

Invicta Park Capital has strengthened its presence in the office market with the acquisition of two buildings in Oeiras from M7 Real Estate.

Located next to Tagus Park, the properties – Edison and Galileu – total more than 11,800 m² of gross construction area.

The operation, completed in July through an off-market transaction, was advised by Colliers and is part of Invicta Park’s value-add strategy, according to a statement from the consultant.

The Galileu building has four floors above ground, a gross construction area of 4,461 m² and 41 parking spaces. The Edison building, also with four floors, totals 7,371 m² and offers 145 parking spaces. Both assets were sold unoccupied for an undisclosed sum.
