Shalu invests €100 million in luxury Porto project

Israeli developers Shalu are to invest €100 million in O’rizon Living, one of the largest luxury residential developments in Porto.

Located on the banks of the Douro River, the project blends nature, contemporary architecture and a wide range of amenities in a luxury condominium with the characteristics of a resort, just a few minutes driver from the city centre.

The project covers 35,000m2 and comprises five buildings containing around 200 apartments. Designed by architect Paulo Merlini, O’rizon Living has been launched in partnership with Dils and Réplica reinforcing Shalu Investments investments in the premium residential sector where it has been operating in Portugal for a decade.
