Management Summit 2025 to take place in Lisbon
The Management Summit 2025, which will bring together global leaders and Portuguese CEOs, will take place in Lisbon at the FIL Meeting Centre on September 23 and 24.
This year’s key theme is ‘Value Creation’ – a management approach focused on creating human and organisational value for the best products and services.
The event will bring together global leaders, Portuguese CEOS, and is organized in partnership with the Global Peter Drucker Forum, a world reference in the Peter Drucker philosophy of management.
In these two days, Lisbon will become the capital of Value Creation with the Management Summit, an event designed for all professionals who face the constant pressure of a changing world and who seek to anticipate the future, aligning culture, strategy and structure to create value.
In a context where business models, products and services need to evolve at the speed of market demands, the Management Summit has an innovative format: it presents practical examples, concrete and interactive tools, and breaks with the traditional model of conferences with speakers on stage, to provide effective learning with workshops every 30 minutes and open space discussion where each person can create their own discussion space.
At the Management Summit, more than just listening, participants will develop action plans. Each session is designed as part of a continuous and immersive journey, building on the previous one to enhance learning.
The aim is to promote moments of work in small groups, co-creation sessions with specialists and with some of the most influential voices in contemporary management: Richard Straub, Steve Denning, Doug Kirkpatrick, Hugo Lourenço, Heidi Musser, Rita McGrath and Mark Beliczky.
Aimed at business leaders, executive managers, innovators, human resource professionals, and all those who define strategies and operate on the ground, the Management Summit proposes a deep reflection on the big challenges facing current management.
Among the topics on the table is how to lead independent teams in a world of greater uncertainty, how to gauge value at three months, and how to integrate artificial intelligence in a differentiating way.
