Maleo Offices to invest €4 million in first housing project

Maleo Offices, which has been in Portugal for five years, is to launch a new department for the housing market called Maleo Living.

The company will launch its first project in a €4 million investment by the end of the year. The residential housing project will be in the Lumiar district of Lisbon and comprises 38 one and two-bedroom apartments for rent.

“We will start with 10-12 units in the first phase and this project will be truly disruptive” promised Maleo CEO Nishel Rajani in an interview with Jornal Económico.

He added that Maleo Living needed to be distinct from co-living, just as Maleo Offices is distinct from co-working.

With seven centers in Lisbon and one recently opened in Porto, the Maleo Offices group has already invested more than €10 million since 2020, and more than €2 million during the first half of 2025. Among the main clients and partners of its offices are Visa, Salesforce, Amgen, BCG, Bain & Company and Fortis Games.
