Finangeste, a company specialising in urban rehabilitation and real estate asset recovery, has inaugurated the Bellevue Building, formerly known as the “O Trabalho” Building, ending a cycle of more than three decades of degradation and abandonment in the center of Figueira da Foz.

Located between the Casino and the Marina, the emblematic building, which has been the subject of several controversies over the years due to its size and state of neglect, has been completely rehabilitated with an estimated investment of €12 million. The building’s new lease of life brings 58 apartments (typologies T0 to T4) to the market, with panoramic views of the city, Foz do Mondego and Praia do Cabedelo, as well as around 20 commercial spaces and offices. All apartments include parking spaces.

The project has more than 15,000 m² of gross area, distributed over seven floors above ground and two below, and was carried out by Finangeste, which continues to invest in restoring urban heritage in Portugal.
