Campo Novo achieves take-up rate above 30% in retail
Campo Novo, an urban regeneration project in Lisbon developed by Norfin Serviços and retail managed by Sonae Sierra, is set to transform the city’s Campo Grand area.
The multi-functional project has a take-up rate so far of 80% in terms of retail with well-known brands signed up such as Pingo Doce (supermarkets), Hôma – it’s first store in central Lisbon – Foodlab, and Honest Greens.
With a strategic location accessible by public transport (Metro Entrecampos and Entrecampos Rail Station) and near the main Campo Grande Mobility Hub (Buss and coach station and Metro interchange), Campo Novo will offer a wide range of housing, offices, offices and commerce (restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and shops).
The projects central commercial avenue which is slated to open in the first half of 2026, is attracting operators that are looking for modern and sustainable integrated urban environments such as this one which will arguably be the largest and most dynamic single urban regeneration project Lisbon has seen since the Expo98 and Parque das Nações project for East Lisbon developed from the late 1990s.
One of the main highlights of the commercial offer will be the FoodLab, which will bring together reference concepts such as Honest Greens, Casa Mia, Poke House, Tre Bambu and Smashville, in a total of more than 10 restaurant units. In line with new consumer trends and marked by a diversified offer, FoodLab is a new gastronomic destination in the city, providing authentic, balanced and superior quality experiences.
In addition to the FoodLab and the anchor stores – Pingo Doce and Hôma, the presence of several high-profile brands, such as IQOS, Douglas, Wells, TaBink and Celeiro, has already been confirmed, reinforcing the diversity of the offer and the commitment to a modern consumer experience in line with the new trends in well-being, convenience and urban lifestyle.
